Kos

Kos is one of the Greek islands in the Dodecanese is one of the most popular Greek islands. The Island of Kos is located in the Aegean Sea and sandwiched between the islands of Kalymnos and Nisyros. Tourists flock to this holiday resort, for the sun kissed beaches and the relaxed laid back atmosphere. At night the island comes into its own where it hosts an array of clubs and bars to keep the partier in you happy. During the day, despite the heavy development, you can still find some of the culture and deserted places on the island; here is where the islands beauty is inherent. The main attraction here is the splendid Bubble beach, the excursion here is worth the wait to witness the bubbles in the water (in the sea there is a hot spring) for your very own sea spa /whirlpool!
Kos town is known for its bars and great nightlife but at the same time there are also a lot of ancient ruins that are really worth exploring and this is best done in the morning when it is less crowded.
A large part of Kos is Farm culture and it is very well known for its production of grapes, olives, tomatoes, corn and wheat.
