Stayed at the Posa Posa Hotel in Amalfi. The location of the hotel is perfect and the authenticity of the area is really refreshing. I suppose you could just lie on the beach all day if that's what you're into but there is much more to this part of Italy. The nearby town centre has some really amazing wine bars and restaurants and lots of local people willing to help you with your italian.
