Sousse On the eastern part of the coastline of Tunisia, about 2 hours from the capital Tunis lies Sousse. The hot climate, its clean and beautiful coast and the friendly people, have long captivated all visitors and tourists. There are Phoenicians, Byzantines, Romans and Arabs settled in this beautiful small city, each leaving their own print and heritage. This is why it is no surprise why modern day visitors from all over the world find themselves returning over and over again.
The beautiful coastline of Sousse is perfectly integrated into the city and all tourists are welcomed to participate in its exuberance. Museums and monuments are accessible and opened throughout summer to its visitors and the Medina with its small bright shops overflowing with silver type jewelry, wool blankets and carpets markets.

Sousse, Tunisia Holiday Review - Go for daytime activities
Submitted by: Nafiza

Welcome to Sousse a holiday resort that does and at the same time doesn't make a great holiday destination. Let me explain what I mean by that, Sousse is a fairly nice town with sandy beaches and good food but it let me down when it came to things to do after sunset. There are very few clubs and bars and the ones that exist are in the hotels. I cannot however, fault the daytime activities as there is lots to do and it is a great place to do some great shopping.
