Torrox Costa Torrox, in the Costa del Sol, is halfway between Motril and Malaga, with the classic town with the charm of the typical white-walled houses. The Arabic origin of the town can be discovered on the city center thanks to its turrets and walls. Other interesting buildings are the churches of the Encarnacion San Roque (C.XXVI). In many city shops you can find local craft made of lace, leather or wood. Its sea promenade is also spectacular; a long stroll along the beach, with a high and imposing lighthouse in the middle where the warm water of the sea is caressing the sand. |
