Me and my partner went to Gran Canaria. The hotel we stayed in the beds were hard. My partner got a bad back from the beds we asked to see the dr it was his day off. The weather was quite warm since we went late in the year we could not swim in the pool as the water was below freezing point, its the first cold jacuzzi that i have ever been in. We went on safari it was part on land then on water the water part was cancelled as there was a storm at sea. The local people were nice and friendly and tried to help as much as possible except dont try to get a dr as it could be his day off there.

I went to Gran Canaria with my parner and 2 friends in 2007, we had a fantastic time. The weather was brilliant, the people were helpful and friendly. On arrival we were upgraded for free to a large 2 bedroom villa with a terrace and a balcony overlooking the beach. The hotel was great, the food was really nice and there was lots of it. The beach was clean and not at all overcrowded. We are hoping to go back again towards te end of this year. Couldn't have wished for a better holiday.

My wife and I went on holiday to San Agustin for our honeymoon. The island is lovely for our money's worth but we did not tell too many great stories when we returned. The food was new and tasty and they served big portions. The pools good size and I enjoyed them much more over the beach. The beach was nothing that the pictures showed on the catalogues. Over crowded with children running wild and bothering others frequently and rubbish everywhere. Our complaints fell on deaf ears because nothing was done. The employees at the hotel and bars did everything that that we asked but slowly with negative attitudes. When our Air Condition unit malfunctioned it took them 2 ? days to come take a look at it. The saving grace of the trip was our location was in town. Local merchants assembled items that you could not find elsewhere. Moderately priced items and gifts for our families. We took day tours around the island and on the water. The town's people were nice which went well with the traditional set up and character of the surroundings. All in all we had a good time on the island but were not too keen on returning to the hotel everyday.
