Majorca The largest Island of the Balearic Islands in Spain is the most popular holiday destination in the Mediterranean because of its wonderful weather, beautiful beaches and top quality resorts. Majorca has an average of 300 days of sunshine a year which makes it a great place to visit almost any time of year. However it is difficult to find accommodation if you haven't booked well in advance, apart from the beaches and great weather there are other great attractions to see like the sea front cathedral, La Seu which is was built in the 14th century. |

Cala D'Or, Majorca, Spain Holiday Review - Horrible Fruit Salesmen

They have a serious problem with the fruit sellers on the Cala D'Or beaches. They are too loud and noisy, and make tourists angry. We will never come to Cala D'Or again because of the bad experience with the screaming fruit sellers. They destroy the peace and quiet and should be not allowed to come to the beach anymore!

Santa Ponsa, Majorca, Spain Holiday Review - Excellent resort.

The two of us booked Santa Ponsa for our 25th anniversary. We had an excellent holiday, sunshine all the way. There is plenty to do all over the Island and Magaluf hosts a show called PIRATES, well worth going to one night. There are a great varieties of bars and restaurants in Santa Ponsa but some are unjustifiably expensive. One jumps to mind The Dubliner Bar and pizzeria, it was dreadful and way too expensive for food and drink. We found the best value around the beach restaurants and bars.
