Son Bou Son Bou is a resort located along the central south coast of Menorca, about 20 minutes from Menorca International Airport and close to Cala'n Porter and Sant Tomas. It is famous for having the longest beach in Minorca with more than 3,5 km of fine white sand and with sand dunes. The houses and chalets there are built among the pines, so its vision does not break the landscape, and you can see a very beautiful sunset and for just one moment forget everything. If you want to visit the cultural parts of the island, the Baslica Paleocristiana and Torre d'En Gaumes are not far. |

If you want beach life then Son Bou is the place to be, the beach is absolutely massive and very clean as well. I would go out on a limb and say it's probably the biggest beach in Menorca and if its not is certainly feels like it is. There are some nice and decent bars and restaurants around the resort to unwind during the evenings. Apart from the nice beach and a few bars there is not much by the way of activites and entertainment but if you are there for a beach holiday then you don't need anything else!
