Boston, Massachusetts, is located in the New England area of the US. This city was the site for many pivotal historical events in the development of the US, such as the Boston Tea Party, a fact that's evident as you stroll along the Freedom Trail through historic areas of interest. Cobbled streets, grandiose buildings and statues abound in Boston, or 'Bean Town', as it's also known. This quaint and highly pedestrianized city offers visitors character, trendy shops, intellect and modern attractions such as the New England Aquarium on the Harbor.
