La Rosiere

The ski resort of La Rosiere offers fantastic snow cover and an assortment of runs for all levels of skier. Situated on the French-Italian border, La Rosiere is linked to the La Thuile in Italy, and together they create the Espace San Bernardo region. Although the slopes are south-facing, the high altitude guarantees good snow fall. Slopes are well suited to beginners through to competent intermediates; advanced skiers in search of a challenge should head to La Thuile. La Rosiere is a great resort for family ski holiday, the children's facilities and ski schools are particularly good and they'll look after the kids all day. Après ski opportunities in La Rosiere are quite sparse but there are a couple of good bars and restaurants in town.
