Killington

Killington is set in the Green mountain of Vermont; the resort, which is the largest in Eastern America, consists of six mountains that are interconnected by 87 miles of trails. Most of Killington's hotels and restaurants are spread across a five mile approach road, but there is a free daytime shuttle bus service around the base areas. Killington is a very popular resort with New Yorkers and families with plenty to amuse and entertain while away from the skiing area. Killington has the most extensive snowmaking facilities in the world (a mere 1,850 snow cannons) to fall back on. Killington has runs to satisfy all levels of skiers with healthy mix of green, red and black runs.
